let it be known that i fully suspect we go defense early and very very very often in the draft but OL seems to always need help and

 

with Herremans being a good start dunno that it would be smartest move either

As long as we don't take him in the 1st, I'm fine with him. Trade down if he is your guy and get a 3rd rounder as well if you want him that bad or just take him with our 2nd. I do like that we are looking at O-Lineman.

He's not a first round pick.

 

And he's likely not a 2nd round pick.

 

But he could easily be a 3rd.    Certainly no worse than the 4th.

Eh.  He's okay. Not my favorite O-line prospect. I don't think his ceiling is all that high, but he could certainly become a starter at guard or RT at the NFL level. Where ever he goes he will probably be served taking a year as a backup rather than being thrusted in as a day 1 starter as his functional strength still has room to develop (and needs to if he's going to be successful). I do think he can become a starter though.
