Why is Laron not practicing dude post tons of weight lifting pics but cAnt practice?

My guess is Laron wouldn't show up unless he had to.

He was at practice but running drills off to the side instead of with the team.  Toler and Landry should both be saved for the postseason since they seem to suffer from BobSandersItis.

IMHO, Muscle-bound, Weight-room pumped does not equal Football Ready.

 

Being over-muscled can mean loss of flexibility, speed and agility, and set one up for "soft tissue injuries"

Some of these weight-room junkies actually over-do it.

There is just a big difference between what Pro bodybuilders are trying to achieve and what a football player needs to do.

a question for you who were there; 

 

was werner working as a hand on the ground DE or a stand up OLB? 

 

i know there are no pads yet, but how did he look rushing the passer? 

 

According to Josh Wilson at Stampede Blue, Werner did a lot of work with his hand in the ground.
