Congrats to the San Diego Chargers

Looks like the Chiefs and Bengals playoff woes continue on.

I must say I am very impressed with San Diego lately. I thought at home where Cincy had won all year in convincing fashion they had the upper hand.

Congrats to the Chargers and their fans and Rivers. Go AFC underdogs!!! :)

or dump Dalton, who blew the game today.

Lewis deserves another year.

Lewis has had way too many yrs. to begin with. He should have been fired 3 yrs. ago and that team probably would have taken the next step by now. It's true Dalton screwed up too much but Lewis is not a good HC and never has been.

Chargers have got healthy and playing well at right time, but did enough to win refs aside & ended season on a winning streak

I can't get rid of this feeling that they shouldn't be here.  It should be Pittsburgh.  But I would still love it if they took care of the Broncos for us

I  agree, last week weren't themselves and Refs helped no doubt, consequently that has them motivated even more as all they have heard all year is they wont make playoffs  it and yet did & with way won last week they are on a Mission they say I had read earlier this wek, and indeed they backed iit up today

Great... the two teams I hate most we now have to contend with. Patriots and Chargers... and once again Chargers are on a mission to win every game until they knock the Colts out and end up losing the very next game anyways, like they always do.

I can't say this is wrong.

As nervous as I was all week, I slept like a baby and was really peaceful this morning.  I just knew we'd be ready and our guys wouldn't care that no one was picking them to win.  They like being underestimated.

Wow!  Quite a game.  Love that our coaches game plan the opponent really effectively - we don't play the same game every week and hope we can just plain outplay everyone when they know exactly what we're going to do.

Losing Hardwick was big - I hope he's back next week.  Not having Ryan Mathews in the secon half troubles me with his ankle injury.  He's been a stud running back and come through in the clutch over and over again.  That game wouldn't have been as close if he were back in running in the 4th qtr.  We'd have picked up more 1st downs on run only offense.

Happy household here in California!  Now ready to watch another great game.  What an awesome weekend of football.

We're neither afraid of going to Denver, nor cocky about it.  It's just the next stop in our now 5 game playoff run since Dec. 1

    • Id like to see more QB designed runs and stuff with options to run or pass. However I don't half way blame them for pressing pocket passing either bc at some point you know JT is going to get hurt. Might as well let AR get his feel for the pocket early in the season. Say what you want but plenty of guys are open. He's just got to place and complete the pass properly. So far hasn't been happening but we will keep trying until things improve I guess
    • But I think Adebaware is a better 3T than him. He's getting better and better.
    • Do people really think his progression should be a graph line going steadily upward? Really? Seven games. It's going to be up and down. Two steps forward, one step back. Sometines, one step forward, three steps back. Especially for a guy who is about as raw as they come. Fans better expect it.
    • I’m glad our team didn’t have the bears body language. At least they were encouraging AR on his mistakes. Williams on the other seemed like he is already on the hot seat and teammates are getting tired of it.
    • I will say this. AR imo threw the ball much MUCH better in his 4 games last year compared to his first 3 this year.  Not even close.   I have to believe a lot of that is due to him being unable to practice much on his mechanics until August or so.  Remember even during spring practice he was complaining of a sore shoulder and had to take some time off.   I fully believe that once he is totally over his injury that he will be able to take the extra reps needed to get back into a way of throwing without having to think so much.   I play a sport at a highly competitive level, won't say which one, but I broke my thumb this spring and I just now am start to get back into the swing of things.  But I am not even close to where I was before I broke it.
