Chargers Game - Parking Pass Help!

Nyvart

Recommended Posts

I'm making the drive from Phoenix to go to the Chargers game (got tickets on the 50 yard line right behind the Colts bench!!!).  I'm looking for the best way to purchase a parking pass.  Ideally, I'd like to be around other Colts fans - I plan on spending the whole day tailgating in the lot.  StubHub has the passes at a minimum of $60!

2 Questions:

Does anyone on here have their passes already, if so, which 'section'?

Where is the best place to purchase?

I need to hurry and order to make sure they're in the mail and delivered before I head to San Diego next Friday (we're going to make a weekend out of it).

Thanks!

When I went we didn't park in the lot..my friend at work's friend who we went with lives right down the road and we walked the10 blocks to the stadium at his house. You might want to look up a Charger Forum and ask..they might give you some much needed assistance.. Think that might be your best bet..

I am going to the game too, we are just taking a shuttle from the hotel, unless you plan on lugging all of your tailgating supplies, the $60 might be worth it... just saying

I'm already driving so it would be easy for me to just throw everything into the trunk.  I'm sure I'll just drop the $60, it's not that much.  I just didn't know if there was a cheaper option OR an area where members of this forum planned on being.  Thanks

Give yourself plenty of time to get out of there.  It takes forever.  I usually park at a train station and ride in.  There are usually tons of colt's fans at these games.  Not sure if that has changed in the past 3-4 years but I was just at the San Fran game and a good amount representing...

Season ticket holder here. I have never had a problem getting into the game at the Q.

Save your 60 and pay $25 at the gate. You can drive around a bit until you see some colts fans, there will be a lot. Just get there when the gates open for non pass holders (4 hours before kickoff)

Dont try and enter the main gate, they only let you through with a pass. Go under the bridge and come down the west side of the stadium.

C and D section will keep you close to your seats (gate 4 on map) as well as P section (Gate 2, you will be directed around the back of stadium)

If you can get into the B sections that is a great area! Lots of fun regulars. Take a stroll through the RV area if you get a chance, there are usually a few decked out motor homes.

Also, there is a tailgate party tent in section F with a big screen if you don't want to bring your own stuff, but you cant bring alcohol in

Awesome advice... I went to the playoff game in 2008 (I hate bringing this up) and the fans were straight AWFUL... we had ice, ketchup, mustard, beer thrown at us the entire game.  Hoping this year is different.

Sorry to hear that. We get along with opposing teams pretty well. There are bad eggs in every stadium though. I hope we represent well this time for you.
