My opinion, He was never going to be a star but he was not a bad QB when healthy, they have to get that mess of an O Line fixed before they play the musical QB's game

He was supremely overrated.  Acquiring him set Arizona back a few years and cost Whiz his job.  I don't think he's anything more than a backup

To be fair to him though, Arizona had one of the worst offensive lines I've ever seen.

I was never sold on him, though.  Before the trade, I believe he was 3-4 as a starter and had more picks than TDs.  I didn't understand why there was so much hype around him
