Here's a largely meaningless co-incidence. As a NJ resident, I was momentarily confused by this thread title.

 

 

Sandy Hook is also the name of a NJ barrier island - part of the Gateway National Recreation Area, within spitting distance of Manhattan - right in the path of Hurricane Sandy. Raising money for storm damaged areas is a constant theme around here nowadays. What a wierd couple of months.
