 Colts:  Let's start with Defense.  Gus Bradley was a bad hire and needs to go.  We need someone who calls a more aggressive Defense.  Shaq Leonard needs to change his name back to Darius, because he was a great player, whereas Shaq is just eating up salary cap at this point.  Defensive line needs beefed up, corners aren't good enough to be on a practice squad roster.  Offensive, Richardson is a looking more like Randall Cunningham with the injuries.  Downs is probably the best, most consistent receiver, Pittman plays more like a no. 2 wr than a one during most games.  O-line is trash with the exception of Nelson.  Braden Smith wouldn't make my flag football team and should have been cut, not signed to an expensive deal.  He can't block, and gets more yellow on him than a production worker at a mustard factory.  In all reality what the Colts need is for Minshew to go down, that way we can finally get a real picture of what we have in Sam.  If he performs great, and if he stinks it up, that is great as well as it puts the Colts in a position to possibly get Harrison Jr.  The draft should be: 1.  Harrison Jr.

Then offensive line help, corner backs, and D-line.  Anything else is a waste of a pic.
