Bumping this thread as there’s more serious talk about rebuilding. Agree Kalinic has potential and also too much emphasis on traits is hurting this team.

Kalinic has been promoted three times now I believe.  That might be it.  Next time would have to be permanent I think.  If I’m right then the door might open for Funk.

So, the true question becomes with the next OC, what kind of offensive system will we be running? Is our OL built only for power blocking or do we need to invest in smaller athletic ones who are good with screens and zone blocking?

I've been of that mind since the Polian days and he never would do it because it would "waste a roster spot" but keeping a Safety that spent more time on IR than on the field in hopes he could play by playoffs was ok
