They'll roll over whatever they don't spend. 

I dont think Spence does much to improve one of the worst ILB corps in the NFL. I also think we spend a high pick on 1 but we still need a 2nd. I'd be worried if either of those 3 had to start. Hankins when healthy is a very disruptive NT who eats up blockers and also makes plays in the run/pass game. Do you know how much would roll over? Not all 20 mil would it?
