I'm surprised they would do this.  Thomas Rawls is returning, but still doesn't make sense to me.

Do they really think CJ Prosise is better?

Earlier this year someone suggested the issue with Michael was his inability to take in the play book. To the point that his intelligence was in question.

 

Then he's played very well in Rawls' absence.

Very odd release, though.

They must have a lot of confidence in him and Rawls moving forward.  Even if they thought Prosise was better, there doesn't seem to be a clear reason why they would release someone with 469 yards and 6 TDs.
