Dion Jordan

that would be a horrible move. He's been suspended twice already I think. We're not getting anyone this season. We'll address it in the draft and in FA

Are you even watching the game right now? Zero pass rush...We are definitely not going deep into playoffs with the way the D is playing right now.

Ryan Grigson...if you see this thread, Please do all you can to to trade for Dion Jordan...or atleast get a DE that can get to the Quarterback. We will get demolish playing Manning, Brady, or Rivers in the playoffs..We can't even get to Big Ben.... :rantoff:

He's done little in his career,  and is one strike away from a year long suspension.

I appreciate you want more pass rush,  but I don't think Jordan is the answer.......

Yeah I didn't know what I was thinking when I was writing this. I was just mad throughout the whole game, any pass rushers would be better then ours. Now that I have time to cool off, I was able to get my mindset back. It clear he hasn't proven to be able to play in the NFL yet. Still I would love if we are able to get a pass rusher before the trade deadline.

I am not for giving up a picks for someone who might be able to help. We are who we are at this point. That is one of the best teams in the AFC maybe this year realistically we have a sluggers chance. Although I think if we are at the top of our game we can beat anyone.

I trust Grig's to do what he thinks is necessary. I hope it is to take all those draft picks and get some speed on the Defensive side of the ball and add the finishing touches to the O Line.

It is just one game and Pittsburgh is a good team. We go take care of business next week in NY then get NE at home and things are looking a lot different.

Our plan seemed to be to stick Toler on one of the best WR in the NFL man up after Davis left that is not going to work. I have to watch the game again before I can say much I was pretty emotionally involved in this one. .

The Texans would never trade Clowney.

The 49ers may trade Smith due his off the field issues..

Like a month ago i made a Thread about Smith, i called that we could get him for 6 & 7 rounds, i still think it could work because Smith has 2 strikes and 49ers aren't gonna pay him because he could get a 3 strike and get a lengthy suspension also this is his last season and he plays OLB but i think the 49ers play a different 3-4 but i could be a good pick.

I don't think they would give him up for that, but maybe a 2nd round pick. But highly unlikely.

    • Oh contrare, I’d say it says more about Shane Steichen’s skill set as a coach.
    • Excerpt from an article at NFL.com …     ”… One player the Colts can lean on while Richardson gets his sea legs: running back Jonathan Taylor. After last year's hold-in and injury issues, the star running back looks back to his old self. JT bursts through the line like a Mustang on fire, leaving linebackers in his wake. On Sunday, Taylor totaled 12 carries for 103 yards and +55 rushing yards over expected, his most RYOE in a game since Week 15 of 2021. He also forced five missed tackles across 14 touches.    Shane Steichen's decision to bench the star back during the entire fourth quarter because the Colts were in pass mode belies credibility. Even if Taylor isn't a prolific pass catcher out of the backfield, sitting your best offensive weapon for an entire quarter is folly -- hopefully one Steichen doesn't repeat. If defenses are going to sit back to slow Richardson's deep attack, Taylor should gobble up chunk gains.    At this point, Taylor is the most consistent thing going for Indy. The 25-year-old back owns a game-changing gear and can shoulder a massive load. His presence and production should help settle Richardson down during the roller-coaster dips. Taylor hasn't looked fully healthy in a couple of years. He did this past Sunday. The Colts need to ride that stallion.”     The above referenced article kind of echoes my feelings on the matter.
    • Exactly I am confused with that comment by Shane unless that one drop deserved him to be benched. Again coaches know what's the best.
    • I'm not sure why the team thinks JT can't be effective in the passing game.
    • I know that you use the word only once, and I'm sure that you know what it means. But find one example of me contradicting myself please?
