Greetings Colts Nation!  :)   Our Indianapolis Colts wrap up, and at the same time seek  their first win in their 2014 preseason schedule as the team is in Cincinnati to play the 1-2 Bengals.

Many  players  on both the Colts and Bengals are on the bubble to make the final 53-man regular season roster, as tonight will be their time to shine and impress their coaching staffs.

Partly cloudy skies at 85 degrees, feels like 87 degrees, is the local game forecast for the 7:05PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff at Paul Brown Stadium, along  with 49% humidity, 0% precipitation, and mild east/northeastern winds at 5 miles per hour.

Colts are wearing their blue jerseys and white pants, while the host Bengals are wearing their matching white jerseys and pants.

NO injuries to both the Colts and Bengals, as the Colts try to beat the Bengals, and Chuck Pagano and his coaching staff go through the difficult decisions who will make the 2014 Indianapolis Colts, and 10-man practice squad.  Continue to stay both Colts Strong, and GO COLTS!!!!!    :coltslogo:   :colts:  :1colts:   :coltshorse:  :coltsfb:  :coltslogo:  :D

Colts lost their finale at Cincinnati  7-35 to the Bengals and finish their  2014 preseason winless at 0 wins, 4 losses.

Now comes the difficult decision(s) by Coach Pagano, GM Ryan Grigson, and the Colts coaching staff and scouting department to determine the final 53-man regular season roster, with the deadline by Saturday afternoon at 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time.

Colts may follow the waiver wire to tweak their roster, and set up the 10-man practice squad as early as Sunday or Monday.

And the real season starts on Sunday Night, when the Colts  Andrew Luck and the Colts, visit Peyton Manning and the Broncos in Denver.

A doozy of a matchup, and perhaps the Colts have a chance to win their first game in 2014, over their former ex-QB.

See all of you back here to post all the action on the Colts Fan Forum on Opening Week of the 2014 NFL regular season , and GO COLTS!!!!!  :coltslogo:  :1colts:  :colts:  :nfl:  :coltslogo:   :D

    • Hey Everyone,   So, I just caught wind of Goodson's apology letter after dropping that short pass from Minshew against the Texans last season. Here's my humorous take on the situation:   "Dear Fans, Coaches, Teammates, and Supporters,   I'm writing to apologize for buttering up that short pass in the most critical moment against the Texans. Look, I know I'm the backup running back, but hey, I'm usually good for catching those short throws - emphasis on 'usually'. My bad for turning a routine play into a blooper reel moment.   To my teammates, sorry for making you wonder if I was secretly playing for the other team. Next time, I'll practice catching more than just footballs thrown by the water boy.   To the coaches, maybe let's reconsider throwing short passes to guys who have hands that are more slippery than a greased pig at the county fair. Just a suggestion.   And to the fans, thanks for turning my drop into a meme. I promise to work on my catching skills so I can make highlights, not lowlights, next season.   Sincerely, Goodson (aka the running back who should stick to running)"   Okay, maybe I exaggerated a bit, but you get the gist. Let's hope Goodson has been hitting those catching drills hard this offseason!
    • I remember looking for highlights of TJ after we drafted him.  I kept finding videos of him following OJ Howard into the endzone.  Not sure if Howard was his responsibility, but it didn't paint a promising picture.
    • Ballard,   So, yeah, about that whole "bust" thing—I guess the cat's out of the bag. Turns out, I'm more of a popcorn fart than a thunderclap. My bad.   When you drafted me, I thought I was gonna be the Colts' next big thing. You know, sacking quarterbacks, making highlight reels, maybe even getting my face on a cereal box someday. But instead, I've been about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.   I've watched the tapes, Coach. I've seen the memes. They're comparing my NFL career to a hangover—starts off with high hopes, and ends with regret and a lot of Gatorade. And honestly, I get it. I'm like that guest who shows up to a party uninvited and ends up eating all the chips.   So, here's my mea culpa. I apologize for not living up to the hype. For every missed tackle, every missed sack, and that one time I accidentally tackled our own quarterback in practice (sorry, Philip). I'm like the guy who brings a guitar to a party and insists on playing Wonderwall—I'm annoying and not nearly as good as I think I am.   But hey, I'm not giving up. I'm hitting the gym, studying film (mostly bloopers at this point), and practicing my touchdown dance for when pigs finally fly. I promise to work harder and maybe, just maybe, I'll redeem myself and earn my place in the Hall of Mediocrity.   Thanks for believing in me, and letting me live my dream for 4 years straight whilst simultaneously producing nothing for your team. I'll make you proud yet, even if it's just by being the team's MVP of Bust Central, and we aren't talking bronze heads.    Sincerely, Ben "The Bust" Banagous (Not sponsored by Gatorade yet, but a guy can dream)
    • if you scream MODS! in anything I write,  I might get in trouble. hahaha
    • MODS!  This should be enough to force you to bring back the laughing emoji option!   Funny stuff!
