Bethea news?

ESPN just reported signing with the 49ers. 

 

 

He just signed with the niners.

It was Schefter on NFL Live as the boradcast began.  Whitner leaving 49ers, Bethea expected to sign  with 49ers.  None of these are anything more than reports until contracts are signed, players pass physicals.  I agree, always wait until the ink is dry.

 Polian really needs to be canned from ESPN because he can't remain unbiased. He gave Bethea an A grade for safeties and Donald Brown graded way above Knowshon Moreno amongst others. Bethea is good but he's not that good. C'mon Bill!

I never said it was, But the fact is sooner or later your going to have to make big plays....and consistently or your expendable...and he is very expendable

I guess the 49ers think otherwise!! Good team, great defense, great organization He will be missed!

He just loves Donald Brown but he';s right on Bethea....he's a leader..
