If you go by last year's FA signings , you would tend to make Dietrich - Smith the favorite. Of coarse that's assuming we sign a center.

Interesting... EDS almost graded out as high as Mack this past season. Obviously I'd rather have Mack as a more proven commodity if the prices were the same; but we know EDS (or Brian DLP) will be cheaper.

That's why I favor EDS. Plus he didn't have the great guard play that BdlP did.

Yeah I've recently taken the time to watch EDS play and I have to say I'd like to have him on the Colts. Hopefully Green Bay doesn't re-sign him. I wonder what the odds of that are.

Has EDS ever played in a man blocking scheme before? Packers are primarily a zone blocking scheme and I'm for bringing him in if we believe he can play our scheme at a high level.

Based on what we did at the end of the season, I think our run schemes will use plenty of zone blocking next year.
