  Peyton Manning   joined  former   Colts’ quarterbacks coach Clyde Christiansen and receiver Austin Collie on a six-day overseas trip to visit U.S. military.  

They are guests of Admiral James Winnefeld, the ninth vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Okay, perhaps I was wrong. "The Indianapolis Colts quarterbacks coach is part of a group that left Tuesday for a six-day trip to visit U.S. troops at bases in Iraq and Afghanistan."

 

Maybe that was just where 1 of the USO Station Reports was filed from. But, it does seem like a conflicting description geographically speaking according to the either the "Indianapolis Star" or the U.S. Navy online post.  Generally, you don't visit Italy, Iraq, & Afghanistan on the same USO Tour.

Wonder if Peyton is having some talks with Austin Collie while he's there
