2006Coltsbestever
That's why blaming the QB for wins and losses is just plain dumb unless the QB plays like garbage. This is such a team sport. This is why the GOAT argument continues because I have seen games where Peyton throws for 300 Yards and 3 TD's and still lose in the Playoffs like against the Chargers in 2007. Synthetic
Nothing new. Drew Brees had those same stats, minus the interception last year in two games when the Saints were 0-2.

And yet no one is on media clamoring for Brees and Rivers to demand trades out of their respective cities.

This also goes to show that Andrew is hardly the only quarterback with lots of talent and ability that is stuck with a bad team around him. Quite frankly you could argue that the team around Andrew is better then the team around Rivers. Franchise QB's hardly ever change teams without the first team being ok with it. Rivers has had some bad teams around him and stuck it out.

My brother is stationed at Camp Pendleton, outside of San Deigo, last year, the local media was screaming that Rivers should demand a trade IF and When the Chargers move to LA, which they did, yet he stuck it out.
