The rest of the country gets it on the NFL Network. I don't know what they do in Indy for people who don't have that channel.

Indy stations always blackout all of Indiana on preseason games. But I can't remember if that only applies to home games.

I also think I heard something about all the pre-season games being aired on the local FOX channel in Fort Wayne.

Ya.. only Indy stations showed them. Not all of Indiana gets Indy stations so we were hosed and had to use internet streaming to watch the games
