we scored 34 points though.

True. I meant that throwing for that many yards usually means that the other team is scoring a lot. (Which was your original point. My bad.)

Its a good thing in general when a owner is patient .   Now being way to patient is a huge issue , keeping grigson so long ended lucks career .   Ballard should be a head scout not a GM

Agreed on all points.   I could never figure out why Grigson, a former O-lineman himself, didn't focus on protecting Andrew.   I think life after Peyton showed us how much he carried the team in a lot of games.

I dont know why people here seem so scared of replacing ballard .   were under .500 with him its not like he is so great .

Who was the driving force for hiring and keeping Bradley? If it was Mr. Irsay, he should retire. Anyone else should be canned.

I'm actually wondering what life will look like for the Colts when Jim retires and leaves it to his daughters.  Jim doesn't seem to care much about football, just antique guitars, collecting obscure items (like the On the Road manuscript).

He seemed pretty prudent at first, in my opinion.  Then Luck left.  I wasn't sure who was actually making the decisions at QB.  I thought we would ride with Jacoby and then try to draft one but we ended up starting a QB carousel.  I didn't know if that was Irsay are Ballard.  If it was Irsay, he really isn't any different from Jerry Jones on that point.

ballard is way to arrogant   he believed he had a super bowl roster after luck left and could just plug in old QBs .

    • And I'm not disagreeing with either.  But saying JT is weak because he didn't play is misguided.   Also,  the lack of a run game didn't lose today.   The dbs blowing coverage and not being able to tackle Bigby was.
    • The odd thing is I really don't see a lot of conceit and red flags in AR's general personality. Seems like a good guy.  Not to full of himself.   But I think because he is so big (for an NFL QB) he thinks of himself as superman who can just crash though any tackle when in reality he is the opposite.  His pain tolerance is low and his ability to absorb a hit is almost non existent.  Add in the fact that he refuses to slide or run OB with any regularity?    Recipe for disaster.  I really think his size makes him think he can do things that he really can't.  He would be better off thinking he was Jayden Daniels size.   Weighs much less but tall.  Fast and athletic.  Realizes that he doesn't need to take hits that he doesn't have to.  I watched his whole game today and he ran a ton but might have got hit once.  And even that wasn't much.
    • Well, we have to tackle also which was bad today.  But with what you said…and?  We’re just going to sit back and let them win?  I’d rather us try and fail than to not try at all and fail.  Announcers have been calling out the colts lack of blitzing all season.  Did it today as well.  like I said, not expecting us to be a blitz happy team, but when you only blitz 3 times in 36mins, it’s easy to see why every qb has a career day against us.
