I'm not a McAfee guy, definitely not a Belichick guy, but I think I have to watch this. It might be the best draft show ever.

I like Pat McAfee alot because of his personality.  He pretty much covers all sports and works very hard at his job. I don't gamble so I watch his show just for the laughs.

Belichick the GM, is why Belichick the HOF coach isn't employed. It would give some insights but the entertainment and contrast in personalities would make it more fun than anything else.

He is not employed because what GM will hire him? Every GM front office guy knows that once Bill walks thru those doors, no one's job is safe and he will be cleaning house. Hiring Bill will come from an owner and only when they get sick and tired of losing and know a complete over haul is needed.

I'm not so sure that BB will ever coach or be a GM again.  The league wide shift  has gone younger in head coaches and GMs. Teams that have younger head coaches tend to draw the best free agents too. 

NFL has evolved into more entertainment than old school football.

It does say a lot about a league and their desire to truly want to win when a 6 time superbowl coach is unemployed. No matter his age, it just says a lot about people wanting to protect their jobs and less interested in winning. Vrabel was the same. No GM went after him because Vrabel is a type A and much  like Harbaugh, he needs full control to get it done.

The players seem to be more interested in getting the most money and starting their own so called brands. Being celebrities through social media has just about taken over most of the players.
