Josh played in the UFL last year but had some good years with the Bears.

I need to start following more Bears games. They play similarly, especially on defense, and seems to be a pipeline for Colts players to come from. At least its looking like the Polians seem to look there a lot for talent (eg Harris).

I've heard some scouting reports that josh is a really good run blocker but not a great pass protector. This was coming out of college though, so i still don't know much about him.
