My mind for the majority doesn't care about moncrief bc I believe Ballard can replace him but I strongly believe these coaches play a huge factor in these players development. They don't scheme open anybody or make life easier on any player Offense or Defense.

you said it i didnt, luck and manning took a lot more hits than moncrief and bounced back up, they were tough and were workout fanatics

I could certainly see Ballard letting Moncrief walk.  He's just not been there on a consistent basis.  Both from an availability stand point but also from a showing up on the stat sheet standpoint.
