Trades:
(61, 93, 215) from ATL for (47)

Picks:
Rd 1   Pk  15 - Takkarist McKinley (OLB 3/4) UCLA
Rd 2   Pk  61 - D'Onta Foreman (RB) Texas
Rd 3   Pk  79 - Lowell Lotulelei (NT) Utah
Rd 3   Pk  93 - Jordan Leggett (TE) Clemson
Rd 4   Pk 120 - Josh Jones (SS) N.C. State
Rd 4   Pk 143 - Kendell Beckwith (ILB) LSU
Rd 5   Pk 160 - Damontae Kazee (CB) San Diego State
Rd 6   Pk 201 - A.J. Wolf (DE 3/4) Duke
Rd 6   Pk 215 - Chad Hansen (WR) California
Rd 7   Pk 237 - Johnny Caspers (G) Stanford

You probably know how much I like McKinley.  Perfect 3/4 OLB, the next Demarcus Ware (potentially).  Foreman is a big productive beast, no he's not Dalvin Cook, but he solves the RB dilemma with a pure power back and becomes A Luck's best friend,  Lotulelei is a classic NT, Parry would be nice backup compliment to him.  Leggett is a complete TE and they could run 12 personnel with Doyle on occasion.  If Jones (6-2 212) FS/SS, is coming off an injury otherwise he'd probably go higher.  Beckwith is also coming off injury and will be a lock at ILB (6-2 252) is an excellent tackler.  Kazee is a spunky tough back who could be nickle and eventually start outside despite being 5'10".   Of the rest the best is Hansen who I have a feeling might go much higher than rd 6.

interesting, but we dont really need a TE especially that early nor a WR and only one pass rusher? we need a lot more pass rush then that

Doyle being back is not a certainty, particularly with Swoope developing.

And this is Mock Draft which comes after free agency.  Maybe they assume a pass rusher is signed there.

Well seeing what happened in free agency would help

Here's mine after some a trade down in round 2. Again, this is premature because it doesn't take into account the combine. e.g. if Myles Garrett runs a 6.00, might go UDFA, however unlikely it would be.

1 - Takkarist McKinley (3-4 OLB) - will be out DeMarcus Ware for the next 10 years.

2 - Vita Vea (NT) - will be our poor man's Haloti Ngata.

3 - Raekwon McMillan (ILB) - 6'2'' 240 lbs now, has enough size and speed.

4 - Brian Hill (RB) - will be our Steven Jackson (NFL, not NBA).

4 - Tarell Basham (3-4 OLB) - 6'4'' 262 lbs, proven production in college. Provides competition at the OLB spot. Can be an edge-setter at worst with size.

4 - Kendall Beckwith (ILB) - torn ACL right before season ended will drop his stock. Can redshirt a year at worst. Good round in the 4th to take a gamble. Good size at 6'3'' 247 lbs, will be a poor man's Jamie Collins at worst.

5 - Treston Decoud (CB) - large corner at 6'3'' 210 lbs.

6 - Kenny Golladay (WR) - large receiver at 6'4'' 210 lbs, will be good end-zone WR.

7 - Nazair Jones (3-4 DE) - don't know how the simulator dropped him that far. I guess he had a few bad rap songs like Nas. :)

7 - Ben Gedeon (ILB) - Another big ILB at 6'3'' 247 lbs.

The same one you used, Draftwired. I did a print screen and then tried to upload it to this website, but unable to do so.

You can have a email sent to you when you finish. You get a text file. I just copied and pasted it above. I hate typing.  You like draftwired?  they got group drafts during the week at 7 and 10.  Not too many team reps yet. I think by March that is going to be intense.

Looks good to me. I'm assuming the 3rd 4th round pick and the two 7th rounders come from the 2nd round trade down.

Agreed. And this is a decent crop of TEs so there's going to be good value in the later rounds that the Colts might not be able to pass on.
