What Does Everyone Think About The New Oc?

I saw on ESPN News the colts hired Bruce Arians the OC from the pittsburgh steelers....... what does everyone think about that? alot of steeler fans didnt like the guy because they believe hes the reason for big bens failures these past two seasons, but i think he could help if or when Luck is drafted. the only thing that gets me is the fact he said he was retiring and this feels sorta like an urban meyer situation. I dont know much about this guy so let me know your guys thoughts on it.

Steelers fans hated him. Felt he was holding them back. Hes one-dimensional and uses many wr screens.

I dont really like this hire. Could of done way better IMO.
