Most of Grigson's drafts have been good, e.g. 2012, 2014, 2015.

 

2014 - no first rounder but managed to get 2 starters in rounds 2 and 3, good backup in round 6 in Jonathan Newsome.

 

2015 - 4 potential good starters in the first 5 rounds.

 

2013 though was horrible - if we drafted Jamie Collins, the team would have been a top 5 team in the league easily. Strength to fight off blocks like a DL. Speed and athleticism of a CB. Looking at games, he's all over the field, mostly "good" tackles (TFL, sacks, not up the field). Guy plays like Ray Lewis in his prime.

 

Redrafting 2013, here's my picks.

 

Round 1 - Jamie Collins

3 - Brandon Williams

4 - Kenny Stills

5 - Quinton Dial

6 - CJ Anderson

 

FA - keep Brandon McManus.

 

Bah, hindsight is 20/20.
