CIB: Work at Lucas Oil complete, roof safe to operate

INDIANAPOLIS -- The work on the roof of Lucas Oil Stadium has been completed, and engineers say the building's roof is safe to operate without restrictions. 

 

Colts fans who attended the Sept. 3 preseason game say they heard clanking noises before an object fell while the stadium’s roof was being opened at halftime. Three people ended up getting checked out for by medical staffers

I hope they don't open it. It gets hot in the sun especially with the window closed.

I am glad the three people are OK. That could have turned out pretty bad had someone been seriously hurt.
