Cap projections w/ main guys

It's not an either/or proposition. They want to have a potent offense (probably more accurate to say a consistent and dependable offense) AND control the lines. Not one or the other, the two can coexist.

Am I the only one on here who occasionally awakes from a dream about consistently controlling

the line of scrimmage every game?   Seriously though, I just hope we made enough changes

to keep from being blown out and embarrassed off of the field like the Dallas and Pats games.

 

The Steeler blowout was an impeccable passing game plan and career night for Roethlisberger.

I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I don't have those kind of dreams about football. 

 

Long story short, my point in this thread is to show that it's not either/or. We can commit resources to the trenches AND keep our skill guys. We just have to draft better, particularly in the trenches.
