Tre Mason's injury

@JeneBramel: Source confirmed to me yesterday what @RapSheet reported last week: Tre Mason has fractured scaphoid that had not fully healed in February.

I don't think this will be a major issue for his draft stock. As long as he is healed towards training camp, it's worth the pick for whatever team takes him.

Can't bring myself to care. It's a wrist injury with pretty clear recovery guidelines. He should be ready by camp, at least. And I can't see how he's on the Colts' board anyways. Hope he recovers well...

Wish him the best but rb should not be top priority anyway, Though Jeremy Hill is my favorite rb in this draft class as well as Ka'Deem Carey

I love Hill...   but HATE Carey! 

 

For a variety of reasons.      One, he tested slow (4.70) twice...   at the combine and his pro day.

 

Second, and more important to me...   he's a bad apple.    Beat up a girlfriend.    Sat down in courtside seats for a UofA basketball game and when security came to throw him out, he hit them with.....  "don't you know who I am?!?"    I hate guys like that...

And if they're like that in college,  odds are they'll be worse in the pros.

 

I wouldn't take him any earlier than the 5th and I prefer later.....    Not.   A.    Fan.

Not that I think we'll get him but he'd pretty much be the Ray Rice for Pagano. In term's of what Pagano wants, he'd be a perfect scheme fit.
