What is the significance of the Church Bell in the Stadium?

It's not a church bell, it's the opening to AC/DC's Hells Bells. It's played on Third Downs and anytime we pin the other team within their own 10 yard line. It's been happening since the Luke opened to my knowledge.

Just helps get the crowd hyped up on important downs. I.E 3rd and 4th. But it's been used outside of those times too in the past.
