I am talking about not starting da' rick rogers right away. His biggest problem was being lazy and not putting in the work, so he has been putting in the work and got activated to the to 53 man roster. 

 

Now if Pagano just puts him in the game so soon after activating him what is to say rogers won't go back to being lazy and entitled?

 

Maybe its Pagano's plan to keep rogers on his feet and working hard for longer so he can learn to become a better player in the long run.

It was a short week, basically 4 days to prepare. He has had very little practice time with the starters, very little video of the competition, and his timing can't be very good. he has to be able to make the correct reads so that he and Andrew are on the same page. I am sure his activation was partially to see how DHB would respond. DHB's response: ppppffffftttt......fart noise

I understand. But this is such an inconsequential subject (Da'Rick Rogers). We have three threads going at all times, chock full of folks who think this guy or this subject matters.

he's very good at getting separation which collie did too he's not very fast but he can get the job done he just hasn't gotten alot of looks but that could change

That is exactly what he is NOT. He is not fast but he makes up for his lack of speed with staggeringly average quickness.

Whalen is a warm body who knows the system. He is remarkably replaceable and likely will be once we get to the offseason.

 Maybe Rogers still isn`t ready but Coach KNOWS he has 3-4 guys playing now that just can`t do it.

 Thou unlikely to happen, Rogers now can`t be signed away from us and Maybe, Hopefully, he can start contributing by games 12-16. That would be Great!
