the decision to make conner inactive is quite frankly baffling and head scratching if he was indeed healthy.

Your right he is basically a DT playing ILB and yes he's playing every role instead of 1 role, so he looks lost too.

But when you run out of every down type players, your forced to play ST and goal line guys.
