No, but we were 8-0 at home and we had never been 8-0 in any of the Peyton years. That is why I so badly wanted us not to rest starters in that Jets game (let us not go there ) in 2009 along those lines.

So, if the breaks fell our way and we could host the AFCCG, I felt we had a chance, and it worked out that way with the Pats taking out the Chargers and we had to win only 1 road game in the AFC playoffs.

Craziest thing about that game was how the Rams dominated them early on.

Gotta give it to Fisher, he's taking a Rams team that went 2-14 and he's already turning them into a good competitor. Look for the Niners and Rams to be big rivals like they used to be in the old days, the division used to come down to L.A and SF.
