Why are Fleener and Allen unsigned

That ridiculous excuse for an article does nothing to explain why these two are -- or "were," in Allen's case -- unsigned. Typical BBS conjecture with very little substance.

No offense to the OP. I don't like Brad Wells, his content, his style, or his approach. This article is no exception.

As to the question, I think the deals haven't been done yet because the Colts front office prioritized Luck's deal, for whatever reason, and he just signed last week. Then they moved on to Allen and Fleener. As NFL heads always say "deadlines spur action," and here we are up against a deadline. Allen's deal is done, and he won't miss a single practice or meeting. It wouldn't surprise me if Fleener's deal is done by the end of the day.

At the time i posted this news on Allen wasnt released. One down one to go!!!!!!!!!!

This guy is huge........Fleener and Allen are going to be a nightmare for Defenses. They both can block, run and catch. Our O-line has to be able to give Luck time..........if they do............we will be very difficult to defend. Vick Ballard will be a stud!!

I like your assesment, and agree with it,i personally think the OL will be fine, with a good running game, and play action the protection should be fine, and lets not forget Luck is more mobile than most think.

Jay I hope your right regarding the line because if you are the Colts have plenty of weapons. Wayne, Collie, Avery, Hilton, Fleener, Allen, Ballard, Carter and Brazill.............we have guys that can run and catch. Go Colts!!
