Braden Smith

Recommended Posts

Braden Smith might have been All-Pro a couple times at G. Right there as the best run blocker year in and year out. And in the tighter space at G, I believe he would have been extremely good against the bull rush and at maintaining contact.

 Instead, no Pro Bowls.

So if Lane Johnson didn't exist, he'd arguably be the best RT. An argument could be made for Penei too

Braden Smith has been an outstanding value for a 2nd round pick. He is one of the best RTs in the league and I’m glad he is on this team. Only knock on him are injuries which are unfortunately part of the game. I wish him health this year and hope the younger players learn from him. This team needs Braden Smith.
