CB Greedy Williams- Cut by the Eagles

When did this happen? he was a STUD in college, and he's been in the league a minute. Former 2nd round pick, only 25 years old. I wouldn't mind seeing us give him a hard look..

From what I've read he didn't show anything in Eagles camp.  They weren't even expected to start him, just provide ample backup for Slay & Bradberry.

 

I wouldn't mind bringing him in for a look.  He's only 25, but I like our current crop of guys.

Players get older and sometimes lose the "pep in their step".

He would have a better chance here than with the Eagles.  Catching on with a team now is going to be tough.

No, I was thinking more that Howie Roseman does not give players of value away by just cutting them. If Williams had something left, Roseman would have tried to get something (7th rounder maybe) for him.
