It worked out fantastically for both teams in the end. The Vikes got Jefferson and the Bills have Diggs.

Yeah I was just reading and typing to you about it.  That is the definition of benefitting both teams.

I don't blame any NFL player, especially a 5th round wideout for protesting for more targets like Diggs did either.

A guy like him is going to get paid once, maybe twice after the rookie contract.

Man MN has been money drafting wideouts.

Correct, you don't LOOK for stats that support your opinion.  But you INTERPRET stats in a way that supports your opinion.

You are still stuck on the notion that the stat about "being open when targeted" should be used to evaluate WRs.  No, its a stat that speaks to QB decision making and the timing of throws that you are misusing to support your opinion about receivers.  It provides some info about the receivers, but the narrowed universe of the info being totally QB dependent does not allow it to be used as a broad evaluation tool for WRs.   If the professional analytics folks are using it as a WR evaluation tool, then they are using it wrongly also.  Just because services buy gobs of analytics data, it doesn't mean they are using them correctly.

This conversation about WRs, that you took a shot at with your stat, is a conversation about about WRS not getting separation over the past 2 or 3 seasons.   So here you are using one stat after one game in the first game of the season to claim that the concerns stated over the previous 2 or 3 seasons are bogus.  That's you.  That's how you use stats on this forum.

lol...

WRs... good grades, good stats... not only "one stat"

Why... few or zero grades/stats.. support your opinion?
