Luck is that good, but , no college player is soo good you can seriously say these things.

It's college performance was true, as well as intangibles, Reggie Bush would be a household name for other reasons than his partnership with Kim K.

The last time Mel Kiper went hog-wild over a QB prospect and rated him either a 99 or 100, was with John Elway back in 1983. Since then Kiper has not rated a QB prospect with either a 99 or 100 until Andrew Luck in 2012.

I wouldn't call Luck the safest pick.....it is more like he is the no-brainer pick.
