heart and preparation > natural talent. Leinart can't hold a back-up job, Young seems like a average QB with varied success but injured and immature. Cutler is the only one that is starting currently and is very up and down over his career. I agree with the guy that it was a crap shoot of a draft for QBs

Well, it's still better than that method that judged QB potential based on facial features... although that method did seem to get Manning vs Leaf correctly
