I like the pairing of Byron Leftwich a former QB with Jameis Winston.  I like what BA is doing there.  Leftwich I think will be like Sirianni in terms of his role with them because we all know BA will be doing the play calling just like Reich. Leftwich was always a really smart QB, although his lack of athleticism and long wind up throwing style left some things to be desired.
