slightly off topic but it will be interesting to see what they do with MM long term.

i was reading the titans forum and a lot of them are not sure if they want to sign him to a big deal.

hes good enough that he wont be easily replaced, but he is the third best QB in the division and he has trouble scoring enough points to keep up with gun slingers like luck and watson.

It's a win or go home divisional game to determine who gets into the playoffs, & potentially wins the South, discussing who will be playing QB for the opposing team seems relevant.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as arrogant.

Yes, it is interesting who will end up starting at QB for Tenn.

The point I was trying to make is...

I don't really know which QB I would rather have us face...

An injured Marriota who's been limited in practiced, or a healthy Gabbert who has looked sharp?

So in the end, I really don't care who gets the nod.

It appears Vrabel is going to have us play the guessing game...

Titans QB Marcus Mariota Questionable for Sunday's Game vs Colts

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota practiced for the second straight day on Friday as the team continued preparations for Sunday’s game vs. the Colts.

Coach Mike Vrabel described Mariota’s work as limited, however, and said the team will have further discussions on who will start at quarterback.

Mariota missed practice on Wednesday after suffering a stinger on Saturday against the Redskins.

Mariota is listed on the team’s Injury Report with neck and foot injuries. He's listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

“About the same as it was yesterday,” Vrabel said of Mariota. “(He was) limited, and we gave him some stuff to do, and he did some stuff. So we’ll kind of just keep seeing where it goes, and figure out who gives us the best chance, and how he feels. We want to make sure he can go out there and do his job at a high level.

Quarterbacks Blaine Gabbert and Austin Davis also practiced again on Friday. Vrabel said there’s a scenario where the Titans keep all three quarterbacks active for Sunday’s game.

The Titans, winners of four straight, need a win to advance into the playoffs.

Mariota suffered the injury late in the first half of Saturday’s game vs. the Redskins, and he did not return.

Gabbert stepped in for Mariota, and guided the Titans to a 25-16 win. Mariota said Wednesday he believes he is capable of performing well even if he misses practice time during the week.

I think he will get the start but he will not be 100%.  He's definitely going to be limited in what type of throws he can make.  If he does start, I expect a lot of short passes and a run heavy offense.  Not that they are an air it out offense to begin with, but we will most likely be seeing more runs, screens, and short passes.
