over-under at 45 at NRG Stadium in Houston

 

Dallas QB Dak Prescott (71 of 115, 753 yards) has done a fine job for an offense that lacks real receivers.

But he should be fined if he doesn't audible half of the Dallas lays into runs for Ezekiel Elliott (73 carries, 426 yards) .

Dallas has only scored 67 points in 4 games.

 

Houston QB Deshaun Watson (92 of 148, 1,246 yards 7TDs, 4 INTs) has made big fun with WR DeAndre Hopkins (30 catches, 443 yards) but Houston has allowed almost 300 yards passing per game even with JJ Watt (5 sacks) rushing the passer.

 

This sounds like a good rivalry but I've never heard of Dallas players or saying "Wow, WE gotta beat Houston!!"
These days Dallas (2-2) says "Wow, we gotta beat somebody.  Houston (1-3) can gain a game on Jacksonville and Tennessee with a win at home.

 

I like Houston giving up 3 points but here's another game that will go over.

Dallas can take the lead in the NFC east with a win and they can drop into a tie for last place with a loss..

Dallas in last place is bad for Cowboy fans but good for all the network talk shows

Watson is taking some huge hits on designed runs. IMO, not a good strategy for long term success of your QB. But I'm sure O'Brien knows what he's doing.

Watson took unnecessary sacks last week vs the Colts. They weren't great plays by Indy, he just stood there with the ball seeing the defender coming from 10+ yards away

 

I wonder about decision making and health

4th and 5 at the our 43 (tie game) or so....we go for it and lose..

4th and 2 at the Houston 43 or so.....Dallas doesn't go for it and loses.
