The most exhilarating press conference  speech from a future head coach I have ever heard. This guy (I never heard of him) sounds like Belichick on steroids. Any Cardinal players thinking this is going to be a smooth run you better apply for a trade now. I wish the Colts hired this guy.

Based on what I just saw from Wilks press conference, you're exactly right JS23. 

 

His tone, his presence, & his no excuses approach is definitely addictive. I can see why players respond to him.
