Will Peyton Now Go On Ir?

I read today that Peyton will not practice with the team this year so other qbs can get reps.

Does that mean the Colts will put him on IR?

Im not sure. Peyton said, I believe, that he still wants to practice. Even if it is after colts practices, will him being on IR not allow him to practice on his own time after regular colts practices?

i was wondering the same thing. my thinking is we can afford to continue to waste a roster spot in hopes of losing

Plenty of stuff out there that details why they won't. But at this point in the season, what is the difference any way?

He wouldn't be able to do his personal practice after the regular practice if he went on IR I believe.

just because he isn't going to go threw team practice (which didn't make sense if he wasn't going to play we need those reps for the QB who is going to play) he can still work out like has been doing during practice. If he goes on IR he can no longer do that.

I think if they put him on IR he's essentially staying away from the practice field and I don't think he can show up to games. It's just easier for him to just stay on the active roster.
