If u think i can guess at all what the FO thinks thats is impossible, they may just be grasping at straws to try & find best combinations, there reasoning is werid

a starter playing a different position than what he did on opening day (Link)

a RT who was unemployed a month ago

At this point, what would be the purpose? The only reasons you would do that would be:

1) There was another injury further depleting that position - only real reason

2) You were actually in contention - they are not

3) You want to bring Harris back next year - highly doubtful

I think they are better off trying to develop the young guys they have back there now. Find out if those guys improve as they gain experience.

The thinking here is to bring him in for experience since the secondary has been the weakest point on the team to date. He was a probowl player last year (and still under 30) so we may find that he is better than Bullitt and worth bringing back on a 2-3 year contract after the year is up allowing us to draft a safety in the next year or two for the future.

I doubt the Colts will bring him in anyways.

Why r the Colts OL hurt more than ever? Why this year not any year before?

My guess people are trying to give more pressure to Painter and his line, thinking he cannot handle it as Manning did. This OL then start to fall apart.

WHEN are they going to make some moves and bring in some defensive backs? Thats where we are really hurting!
