Beating the blitz

To the naked eye it doesn't appear that luck has the blitz hot reads down yet. So my questions are, am I correct in my view? Is it more consistently missed on the receiver or Luck not seeing the blitz an hitting the hit read? I know we are all used to seeing Manning just obliterate a blitz but he has years of experience so I just don't recall when Manning was able to pick out a blitz and just destroy it.

To be fair:

 

1.Manning was with the Colts for over a decade. It's easy to pick out times when he correctly diagnosed a blitz and burned them for it. He also had times where he didn't read a blitz correctly.

 

2. The Chargers used the "amoeba" defense (when the D-lineman and LBs stand at the line to disguise the blitz) which was also used to confuse Manning. 

 

3. It appeared that Luck got the team in the right plays, but the team's execution was off last night.
