They probably just wanted to wait until they where going to be in town anyways to sign their tenders.  

 

I'm excited to see what Swoope can do.  He didn't make any glaring mistakes last year and he made a few plays.  With more playing time he could be a weapon.

 

Bray on the other hand might not make it to the regular season.  He's only a return man at this point, especially with the depth we have at WR.  So he would have to set himself apart in his return abilities to make him worth a roster spot IMO.
