I am pretty excited for our additions and hope he can have a breakout season for us.  If we go and grab someone in the draft like Jerrad Davis and pair them together we could have a solid ILB core.  We can have Sheard be the Rush or Joker and then have Simon play the Strong-side and be contain we some rush.  Could be promising.
