Toledo_logo.gif.bmp

 Quinyon Mitchell*, CB, Toledo

Height: 6-0. Weight: 196.

40 Time: 4.33

Forget about sneed  we got this kid right here will save money and lock up a young corner.  If we were Super Bowl contenders I’d say go after sneed .

SouthCarolina_logo.gif.bmp

 Xaiver Legette, WR, South Carolina

Height: 6-3. Weight: 227.

Projected 40 Time: 4.39

Big strong fast wideout can bully corners and free up Pittman.

Miami_logo.gif.bmp

 Kamren Kinchens*, S, Miami

Height: 5-11. Weight: 203.

40 Time: 4.65.

40 time may cause him to slide we have to jump on that pick .The guy is everywhere true ball hawk . If he ran a fast 40 he’s a 1st rounder. Similar to last year Antonio Johnson on the jags he ran like a 4.53 an dropped . I wanted Johnson last year on the colts . Anyhow his production may out weigh his combine .

 Theo Johnson, TE, Penn State

Height: 6-6. Weight: 257.

Projected 40 Time: 4.57

The kids a freak Athlete  he didn’t get much action but when he did he delivered . We’d be lucky to snag him in the 4th

Clemson_logo.gif.bmp

 Will Shipley*, RB, Clemson

Height: 5-10. Weight: 205.

40 Time: 4.39.

Would be great change of pace guy . In a running back backend of the draft he might get lost in the shuffle if not someone else will be there .

Troy_logo.gif.bmp

 Javon Solomon, DE, Troy

Height: 6-1. Weight: 247.

40 Time: 4.72.

He does one thing pass rush . Great on special teams and situational 3rd down working him in to a rotation

I like it overall, but I don't think there's a snowballs chance in hell we're drafting Kinchens after his atrocious Combine. With a RAS of 2.27 he's not even a blip on Ballard's radar lol.

You wonder if the kid was hurt when he ran the 40

His tape makes it look like he is much faster

We need a safety, maybe two

Yea, I can agree on that . Here’s the thing you watch him play you know he’s going to be a good player. I think the combine is overrated .

Nice mock.  Don't have anything negative to say about it.  Would be happy if Colts got these players.

Nice mock. Most of the players you took, end up with the colts in my mocks, too.

Really like it!

Thanks for doing the mock

I think Quinyon Mitchell will be a fantastic NFL player

He plays zone and can play man to man

If the Colts take him, (or another CB) in round 1, it will tell me that we will use more flexibility with this defense, changing up from zone to man to man in certain situations, which would make this defense less predictable

My sense is, that we will trot out variations of the same zone defense that we have been running for awhile.

If that be the case, a zone corner can be a later pick.

They need to be big enough to tackle on sweeps

They need to be tall, with long arms to defend against the pass underneath

They need a solid FS overtop to make sure they can be more aggressive

They need to be fast enough to stay with a WR for first 10-20 yards

I was hoping that we would have gone DE and FS in FA.... guess that isnt going to happen

I could see us going

1) Latu - DE

2) Pierson or Wilson - WR

3) Bullick - FS

4) K Jackson - CB

5) Milton - QB
