While everyone is complaining about the lack of action by Ballard I figured I would throw in an alternative mock draft that has no chance of happening. But I will begin by saying if Stroud falls to us at 4 that is who I'm taking and the rest of this is a mute point. So let's get started.

    Round 1, pick 4- trade, Packers come up to four after losing Rodgers, we get 15, 45, and 78.

                    pick 15- Hendon Hooker, qb Tennessee, second best qb in this draft behind Stroud.

    Round 2, pick 35- John Michal Schmidtz, og, Minnesota.

    Round 2, pick 45- Jack Campbell, lb Iowa

     Round 3, pick 78-Julius Brents, cb, Kansas St.

     Round 3, pick 79- Keanuu Benton, dt, Wisconsin.

     Round 4, pick 106- Jayden Reed, wr, Michigan St.

     Round 5, pick 140- Blake Freeland, ot, BYU.

     Round 5, pick 164- Johnathon Mingo,wr, Mississippi.

     Round 7, pick 223- Isiah Land, lb, Florida A&M.

     Round 7, pick 238- Evan Hull, rb, Northwestern.

 I actually like the players I pick here, but it is highly improbable based on the premise of the trade with the Packers.

I hope you are right in that this has no chance of happening.  Lol.  I wouldn’t want to take him any earlier than the 3rd round with his age, injury, and the Vols offense.

I'm not so sure about that. They could be pushing Rogers out now to acquire extra draft capital then use it to move up and grab a qb this year.
