I think the two yd respectfully disagree with would be Mitchell who has had a very positive impact on AND off the field...    and Hewitt.    This coaching staff clearly believes in the tight end so I’m guessing Hewitt returns.

I’m not sure all those players are going to quit! I would think Vinateri would retire rather than just up and resign! And surely some of them will re-sign...

I wouldn't be so quick to cut Mitchel. We see his value this year in him being able to fill in and his off the field mentoring is priceless

Don't forget, that minimum has to be spent in the next 2 years...not this next year.  Which means most likely a lot will be saved for all those that will be 3rd year rookies next year. To resign them to extensions with that minimum so that it doesn't effect the next spend cap min.  This just seems like a very "Ballard" thing to do.

Also, IDK about keeping Desire yet...he may be gone.  And i'd think Mitchell might stay. Same with Hewitt.  But Geathers may be let go...This has not been a good year for him.  He's on the bubble with me.

Don't believe in Woods?  I like the run defense and our rotations, I would like to keep him I think.

I beleive, but, he's been losing snaps as the season has gone along. Perhaps they re-sign him strictly as a back up?
