A pass rush would help every DB position on the defense. It always has and it's not going to change.

"Balance" was the intention of my OP. Exceptions to that are some great defenses like the 85 & 86 Bears and Giants. the SB winning Ravens, the Peyton Manning Broncos to mention a few. My concern is the Colts offense is facing life without Luck and don't think it can't happen so in this rebuilding phase they need to address what emphasis goes where and hopefully Ballard will succeed.
